- • You own what you put in. We host it, keep it safe, and only use it to run the service for you.
- • Don't try to break, resell, or reverse-engineer the product.
- • Either side can end the relationship, with a fair off-boarding period.
- • We stand behind the product; we don't promise miracles or unlimited liability.
Using the service
Baton is provided as a subscription. Your plan (Capture, Protect, or Remember) sets what you get, what it costs, and how long it runs.
Content ownership
Handover content belongs to your company. We hold a limited license to process it in order to run Baton for you.
Changes
If we materially change these terms, we'll tell you before they apply.
